Modern warfare changes faster than new manuals can be written. What worked just a few months ago may already be ineffective or even dangerous today. That is why training in the ATEY Battalion is not a one-time process, but constant work that never stops for a single day.
Training within the unit is built around real combat experience. Every deployment, every operation, and every encounter with the enemy is analyzed and turned into practical lessons. Simply put - soldiers here do not learn “from textbooks,” they learn what actually works in combat.
Special attention is given to changes in enemy tactics. The enemy constantly adapts, changes approaches to combat, actively uses drones, and develops new reconnaissance and assault methods. As a result, the unit must react quickly and flexibly. At times, it feels like a nonstop “update race,” where even a delay of a few weeks can become extremely costly.
Training includes not only basic military skills, but also modern elements of warfare - working with unmanned systems, communications, coordination between units, and rapid decision-making under stress. A major focus is placed on practical exercises designed to be as close as possible to real combat situations.
In addition, teamwork inside the unit remains a critical part of preparation. Battlefield effectiveness depends not only on individual skills, but also on how well the team works together. That is why a significant part of training focuses on coordination, communication, and joint action.
Training takes place constantly - both in relatively calm conditions and directly during combat missions. Sometimes it feels as if theory and practice happen at the same time, but this approach allows the unit to adapt quickly to new challenges.
The ATEY Battalion focuses on ensuring that every serviceman not only follows orders, but also understands the situation, makes decisions, and acts confidently even in difficult conditions. This is not about formal training - it is about survival, effectiveness, and results.
In modern warfare, victory belongs not only to those with more resources, but to those who learn faster and adapt better. That is why constant training remains one of the key foundations of the unit’s combat effectiveness.
Support for the training process directly impacts battlefield results.
Training equipment, unmanned systems, communications, and technical support help improve preparation and save the lives of servicemen.
