Terms of Sale, Payment, Delivery and Website Use

The Atey Operational Purpose Battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine offers official merchandise, branded products, apparel, accessories, souvenirs, and related items through the official website ATEY.ARMY.

Funds received from merchandise sales are used to support the battalion’s activities, operational needs, combat readiness, technical development, procurement of equipment, vehicles, communications systems, gear, and other resources necessary for the unit’s missions.

By placing an order on the website, the user confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms, the website usage policies, and the privacy policy.

​

We do not sell or ship products to aggressor states, including the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. We also reserve the right to refuse service to individuals or organizations associated with activities contrary to the interests of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, or applicable law.

General Sales Model

​

Products presented on the website are official Atey Battalion merchandise, charitable products, and souvenir items intended for civilian use, public support, and fundraising purposes.

​

The products sold on the website are not official military uniforms, military identification documents, government-issued equipment, or items granting any official military authority or status.

​

Some products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, fulfilled, or shipped by third-party manufacturers, production partners, printing companies, logistics providers, or contractors involved in order fulfillment.

​

In such cases, the seller of record, payment recipient, or the entity issuing sales documentation may be the respective manufacturer, fulfillment partner, supplier, or contractor in accordance with the actual fulfillment model, applicable Ukrainian legislation, tax regulations, and operational requirements.

The respective manufacturer, partner, or contractor may issue invoices, receipts, shipping documents, order confirmations, or other transactional documentation related to the purchase.

The Atey Battalion, the charitable initiative, website administration, or authorized representatives coordinate customer support, communication, quality control, production oversight, and order management.

Depending on the product type, destination country, payment method, logistics requirements, or fulfillment structure, different stages of the order process may be handled by different participating entities.

Order Processing

After placing an order, a representative may contact the customer to confirm order details, product availability, sizes, colors, shipping information, or other organizational matters.

We reserve the right to clarify or verify order details before confirming fulfillment.

For limited collections, pre-orders, custom-made items, seasonal products, or made-to-order merchandise, production and shipping times may be extended. Customers will be informed accordingly when applicable.

Website administration reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, misuse of battalion symbolism, violation of website policies, attempts to harm the reputation of the unit or the Defense Forces of Ukraine, technical errors, product unavailability, or force majeure circumstances.

Shipping Within Ukraine

Orders within Ukraine are primarily shipped through Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, or other available delivery providers depending on the destination region, product type, package dimensions, and logistical availability.

​

Customers may choose delivery to a branch office, parcel locker, or courier address delivery when supported by the selected shipping provider.

​

Estimated processing and dispatch time is generally between 1 and 5 business days after order confirmation or product readiness.

​

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination region, carrier operations, security conditions, air raid alerts, military activity, weather conditions, power outages, logistics capacity, or other circumstances beyond our control.

After shipment, customers may receive a tracking number or shipping reference for parcel tracking purposes.

​

Customers are strongly advised to inspect products upon receipt. If packaging or products are damaged, the issue should immediately be documented with the delivery provider and an official claim should be filed with the carrier.

International Shipping

​

International shipping is available to most countries worldwide through international postal and logistics providers depending on destination country, route availability, sanctions restrictions, carrier policies, and product type.

​

Estimated international shipping times may range from 10 to 30 business days or longer depending on customs procedures, logistics routes, carrier workload, and destination country regulations.

The recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT charges, or additional costs imposed by the destination country.

Website administration reserves the right to restrict or refuse international shipping to certain countries or regions due to sanctions, legal limitations, logistics restrictions, or security concerns.

Payment

Payments may be processed through bank cards, online payment systems, international payment providers, bank transfers, cryptocurrency payment services, or other payment methods available during checkout.

For orders within Ukraine, cash on delivery may be available depending on the selected carrier and delivery conditions. Delivery providers may charge additional COD service fees according to their own tariffs and internal policies.

Availability of specific payment methods depends on the destination country, product category, currency, technical capabilities of payment providers, and other operational factors.

Banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, and international payment processors may conduct additional transaction reviews in accordance with AML/KYC regulations, sanctions compliance requirements, fraud prevention procedures, internal security policies, and international financial regulations.

In certain cases, transactions may be delayed, reviewed, restricted, or declined by the bank, payment provider, or financial institution without involvement from the Atey Battalion or website administration.

The Atey Battalion, charitable initiative, website administration, and partners do not store full customer payment card details. Payment processing is handled through certified third-party payment providers and financial service operators.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to provide high-quality products and reliable customer service. If a customer receives a defective product, damaged item, or incorrect order, they may contact customer support after receiving the shipment.

Review of claims may require photographs of the product, packaging, order number, proof of purchase, and other supporting information.

Due to the nature of charitable merchandise, limited-edition products, made-to-order items, or customized production, certain products may not qualify for return or exchange under applicable Ukrainian legislation.

Use of Battalion Symbolism

All logos, names, insignia, patches, photographs, graphics, and visual materials associated with the Atey Battalion are intellectual property of their respective owners or are used under lawful authorization.

Use of battalion symbolism for fraud, unlawful activity, political manipulation, impersonation of military personnel, misinformation, or activities aimed at discrediting the Defense Forces of Ukraine is strictly prohibited.

Website administration reserves the right to refuse sales, cancel orders, restrict access, or take additional action in cases of suspected misuse of battalion-related products or symbolism.

Limitation of Liability

The Atey Battalion, charitable initiative, website administration, manufacturing partners, logistics providers, contractors, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, delayed shipments, technical interruptions, blocked transactions, payment processor errors, or other consequences caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, and visual representations may slightly differ from actual products due to manufacturing adjustments, screen calibration differences, printing processes, or design updates.

Force Majeure

The Atey Battalion, charitable initiative, website administration, partners, contractors, manufacturers, and logistics providers shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders resulting from military actions, missile attacks, terrorism, government actions, sanctions, cyberattacks, power outages, communication failures, logistics disruptions, emergencies, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
